Privacy policy

1. Information on your phone · 手機內的資料

The app keeps your account identifier, display name, email (if provided), sign-in method, salted password hash for local email accounts, free credits and reported hand results in app-private storage. Settings, virtual funds, limits, language and reported profit-curve points are stored locally. Poker calculations run on your device; current cards and recommendations are not automatically saved as analysis history or uploaded to an app server. There is no cross-device account or financial-data sync in this version.

App 會在手機的應用程式儲存區保留帳戶識別碼、顯示名稱、提供的電子郵件、登入方式、本機信箱帳戶的加鹽密碼雜湊、免費額度及手動回報的牌局結果。設定、虛擬本金、上限、語言及損益曲線資料也儲存在本機。牌局計算在裝置上執行；目前的牌與建議不會自動存為分析紀錄，也不會上傳到 App 伺服器。此版本沒有跨裝置的帳戶或財務資料同步。

2. Google sign-in · Google 登入

When you choose Google sign-in, Google authenticates you. The app verifies the returned identity token and uses your Google account identifier, verified email and display name to identify your local account. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendar. The app does not store the raw sign-in token as account data. Google processes authentication under its own policy.

選擇 Google 登入時，由 Google 驗證身分。App 驗證身分憑證後，使用 Google 帳戶識別碼、已驗證的信箱與顯示名稱識別本機帳戶。我們不會取得 Google 密碼，也不要求 Gmail、雲端硬碟、聯絡人或日曆權限；不將原始登入憑證保存為帳戶資料。Google 依自己的政策處理驗證資訊。

3. Advertising and consent · 廣告與同意

The free plan uses Google AdMob banners, interstitial, app-open and optional rewarded ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share IP address (which can indicate approximate location), ad/device or account identifiers, app/ad interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Network transfers use TLS. Google’s consent platform requests choices where required; available choices can be reopened in Account → Ad privacy choices. VIP disables ad requests and displays while its entitlement is verified; data previously processed by Google remains governed by Google’s retention rules. Closed-test builds use Google test ad units, which still contact Google services.

4. Subscriptions · 訂閱

Where available, subscriptions use Google Play Billing. Google handles payment details; we do not receive your full card number. The app processes purchase status, product ID, signed purchase information and purchase token to verify and restore VIP. A SHA-256 hash of your local app account identifier is sent as the obfuscated account ID to associate the purchase with that account. No app-operated payment server is used in this version.

訂閱開放時透過 Google Play Billing 付款。Google 處理付款資料，我們不會取得完整信用卡號。App 處理購買狀態、商品識別碼、已簽署購買資訊與購買憑證，以驗證及恢復 VIP；將本機 App 帳戶識別碼的 SHA-256 雜湊作為模糊化帳戶識別碼傳給 Google Play，連結該筆購買。此版本沒有自行營運的付款伺服器。

5. Retention, deletion and choices · 保留、刪除及選擇

Local account data remains until you delete that account or clear the app’s storage/uninstall the app. In Account → Delete account, confirm deletion to remove that local account, associated hand/analysis records and its financial settings/curve. Basic device preferences such as selected language and the guest-credit-issued flag may remain until you clear app storage. Account deletion does not delete your Google account, revoke Google’s own records or cancel a Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions separately in Google Play. For data on multiple devices, repeat local deletion on each device. See account deletion instructions.

本機帳戶資料保留至刪除該帳戶，或清除 App 儲存空間／解除安裝為止。在「帳戶 → 刪除帳戶」確認後，會刪除該本機帳戶、關聯的牌局／分析資料及其財務設定與曲線。語言、訪客額度是否曾發放等基本裝置偏好，可能保留至清除 App 儲存空間。刪除 App 帳戶不會刪除 Google 帳戶、不會刪除 Google 自行保留的資料，也不會取消 Play 訂閱；請另至 Google Play 取消。如在多部裝置使用，請逐部刪除。詳細步驟請見帳戶刪除說明。

If you email support, we receive your email address and anything you include. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information. Correspondence is kept while needed to resolve the request and for any applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion by email; we will explain any lawful retention that applies. We cannot remotely erase storage on your phone. Google retains SDK, sign-in and purchase records under its own policies.

若寄信給客服，我們會收到寄件信箱及信件內容；請勿提供密碼、信用卡資料或不必要的個資。客服往來在處理請求所需期間及依法須保留的期間保存。可來信要求刪除；若有依法保留的必要，將說明原因。我們無法遠端清除手機內的儲存資料。Google 的 SDK、登入及購買資料依其政策保留。

6. Security, children and updates · 安全、未成年人及更新

Accounts use app-private storage; local email passwords are salted and hashed, not stored as plain text. No system is completely secure. This app is intended for adults of legal age and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal data. This website has no analytics, advertising or account form added by us; its hosting provider may process ordinary access information such as IP address for delivery and security. We will update this page and its effective date if practices change. Contact the email above about access, correction or deletion requests.

帳戶使用 App 專用儲存區，本機信箱帳戶密碼採加鹽雜湊，不以明碼儲存；任何系統均無法保證絕對安全。本 App 僅供達當地合法年齡的成年人使用，不以兒童為對象，也不主動索取兒童個資。我們未在本網站加入分析、廣告或帳戶表單；網站代管服務可能為傳送網頁及安全目的處理 IP 等一般存取資訊。資料處理方式變更時會更新本頁與生效日期。如需存取、更正或刪除資料，請來信聯絡。
